The Hawaiian Humane Society was founded 135 years ago to care for vulnerable people and animals in our community. While most of the Society’s work protecting children and adults in need has migrated to other service providers, we continue to shelter, return, rehome and advocate for Oahu’s animals.

To join us in our mission of promoting the human-animal bond, please support PetWalk Paina, our annual charity walk on Saturday, October 13, which helps to raise much needed funds that stay in Hawaii to help local animals and people.

We invite you to register for an online giving page and encourage your friends and family to help local animals. Then join us at Koluwalu Park at 5 pm to walk with the pack and celebrate the love we have for our pets. Everyone who signs up and raises at least $25 on their individual giving pages will be entered to win two floor-seat tickets to the upcoming sold-out Bruno Mars: 24k World Tour concert, happening on Thursday, November 8, at Aloha Stadium.
